Royal Works was employed as a Line Producer, Production Manager and Assistant Director to produce a TVC with Pure Studios for Pedros Chicken. Tasks included: creating a budget for the Pre-prod, Filming and Post Prod stages of the project. Oversee a crew of 20 and a cast of 17, a large set build, complex storyboarding, auditions and casting, schedules, meetings, wardrobe & styling, makeup, lighting, audio and camera with full rig for 3 days of filming. On filming days, I functioned in the role of AD, calling all shots and adhering to and adjusting storyboards and schedules.
All assets were delivered on time and within budget. Client was extremely satisfied with the final results and the ad received a lot of traction as per the original intention.
